1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the service Digital Testbed Sweden (the "Service") provided by RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, company registration number 556464-6874 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or accessing the logged-in section of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy, available at http://ri.se/en/personal-data, explains how we process personal data.
2. Purpose of the Service
The Service provides users with access to information about products and services offered by third-party suppliers. The Service is for view-only use, enabling users to discover offerings that may be relevant to their organisation.
We do not sell, supply, broker, or otherwise participate in the contractual relationship between you (or your organisation) and any supplier. Any purchase, agreement or transaction is concluded directly with the supplier according to their own terms.
3. Information Provided by Third Parties
All information about suppliers and offerings, including descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, and links to external websites, is provided by the suppliers themselves. We do not verify its accuracy.
We do not assume responsibility or liability for:
• the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of supplier information;
• the content, availability, security or terms of third-party websites linked from the service;
• any purchase, contract or relationship between you and any supplier.
You are responsible for reviewing the supplier's terms and conditions before entering into any agreement.
4. User Account
To access the logged-in section of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service in any way.
5. Permitted Use
The Service is intended to help users identify services that their organisation may wish to procure. You may not:
• engage in scraping, harvesting, crawling or automated extraction of data;
• use bots or automated tools to access the Service;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the platform;
• attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with the operation of the Service.
6. No Fees
Access to the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees for access to, or use of, the Service in the future. In such event, we will provide notice well in advance.
7. Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may modify, update or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or business;
• errors or omissions in supplier information;
• unavailability or interruption of the Service;
• any actions, omissions or offerings of third-party suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be restricted under mandatory consumer law (if applicable).
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the SCC Arbitration Institute (the "SCC").
The Rules for Expedited Arbitrations shall apply, unless the SCC in its discretion determines that the Arbitration Rules shall apply. The seat of arbitration shall be Gothenburg, Sweden.
If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published in the Service, and continued use of the logged-in area after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
